LeadCentrix

How much revenue are you losing from leads you already paid for?

Most businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem.

We restart the conversations your CRM forgot — carefully, with permission — and hand the warm ones back to your team.

This is what a reactivation actually looks like

No blast. No pressure. A short, human text to someone who raised their hand — sent only after every check clears.

Simulated — every real send clears consent, DNC, quiet-hours & frequency checks first

Every message clears the gate first

A text can't leave our system unless all of this is true

The messages above aren't the whole story. This is what happens before any of them send — the same discipline on every message, every time.

Documented consent — a written record that names the store, verified before we send.
DNC & reassigned-number scrubbed — in case the number changed hands.
Inside quiet hours — the customer's local time, never Sundays or holidays.
Under the frequency cap — a hard ceiling on messages per day, on any subject.
No opt-out on record — any "stop," in any words, is permanent.

Fail one, the message dies.

There's no override and no "probably fine" pile. It's the same record-keeping that lets us show you exactly where a result came from. See how we operate on the compliance page.

Questions dealers ask first

What does it cost?

We publish it. Aged Lead Reactivation is a flat $500 per attributable closed deal — $0 until then, no setup, no retainer, no percentage of anything. Our managed Lead Management program (rapid response + after-hours) is a flat $1,895 per month, per rooftop. The full reasoning behind each is on the pricing page.

How do I know a deal actually counts as yours?

Because we agree on it up front and the record shows it. A deal counts when a lead we re-engaged converts inside the attribution window we set together — and the touch that woke it up is right there in the message thread. No guessing, no fighting over credit. Here's exactly how we count a deal as yours.

What access do you need to my CRM?

Less than you'd think. In the standard setup we work from an export you control and tag results back — an export-and-tag arrangement, nothing more. And if you'd rather we never touch your system at all, we can run the entire engagement from a CSV. That's the whole idea behind the 50-Lead Proof.

Who actually sends the messages?

We do, through your dealership's number, using templates you approve. Your team handles the live conversations once a lead is warm. We warm them up. Your team closes them.

What happens if a customer says STOP?

They stop hearing from us, immediately and permanently — and that covers the human versions too ("don't text me," "wrong number," "please remove me"), not just the literal word. The number goes onto a suppression list that never expires.

How fast do you respond to a new lead?

Usually in less than 60 seconds, day or night. That's the Rapid Lead Response side of our Lead Management program: a new lead gets a real first touch right away, not parked in a queue until someone on the floor is free.

Are you replacing my BDC?

No. We're here to make your team more efficient, not take their job. We work the aged pile your team can't get to, and when a lead re-engages we book a call back from your team, usually inside the hour — your people close them.
