How we count

Reactivation is billed one way: a flat $500 when a deal actually closes, and nothing until then. That pricing only works if we're precise about one thing — what counts as "ours." So here's exactly how we count, in plain language. No fine-print games.

What counts as an attributable deal

A vehicle delivered to a customer we re-engaged, inside a defined window after we re-opened the conversation, confirmed against your own records. Three parts, all of which have to be true: we re-engaged them, they bought within the window, and your records back it up.

The attribution window

There's a defined window that starts when we re-open a conversation with an aged lead. If that customer takes delivery inside the window, the deal is attributable. If they buy outside it, it isn't ours — even if we talked to them. The exact length of the window is spelled out in your agreement, so there's one clear number both sides are working from, not a moving target.

How we prove it

Every step gets written to a record that's append-only — meaning each entry is written once and never edited after the fact. The consent check, every message out, every reply back, the moment we hand a warm lead to your team: each one is its own timestamped line. If a deal is ever in question, the record is the reference. Not our memory, not yours — the log.

Who creates the evidence

Here's the part that keeps it honest: we can run the entire engagement without ever logging into your CRM. That means the strongest proof isn't a number we control — it's the customer. The person on the other end of the thread leaves their own timestamps as the conversation moves, in the same thread that started as a cold lead weeks earlier. The deal itself is then confirmed against records you control and terms you approved up front.

What we don't claim

We warm them up. Your team closes them. We never claim to close a deal, and you never pay for one we can't show we re-engaged. The only event that triggers the $500 is a vehicle actually delivered — confirmed, recorded, and inside the window.
